Paperless-ngx ist ein Open-Source-Dokumentenmanagementsystem. Es nimmt Scans, PDFs und E-Mail-Anhänge entgegen, erkennt den Text per OCR, ordnet Korrespondent, Dokumenttyp und Schlagwörter automatisch zu und macht alles über eine Volltextsuche auffindbar. Paperless-ngx ist kein zertifiziertes revisionssicheres Archiv. Wer GoBD-konforme Aufbewahrung braucht, bekommt sie durch Prozess, Protokollierung und unveränderbare Backups, die wir mit einrichten, nicht durch die Software allein. Freigabe-Workflows mit Unterschriften bietet es nicht; die bauen wir daneben. Und es braucht einen Server mit Backup, den jemand betreibt.Paperless-ngx is not a certified audit-proof archive. If you need compliant retention, you get it through process, logging and immutable backups, which we set up alongside, not through the software alone. It does not offer approval workflows with signatures; we build those next to it. And it needs a server with backups that someone operates.Paperless-ngx não é um arquivo certificado à prova de auditoria. Quem precisa de retenção em conformidade a obtém por processo, registro e backups imutáveis, que configuramos junto, não pela ferramenta sozinha.
